The Family-Owned Corporation
The BENwald DiGiTal MarKeTing Inc. affectionately known as BDMI is a family owned Corporation established in memory of the late Benson Andre of Albany New York and the late Pershing A.R Waldron of Portsmouth, Dominica. These two cousins aspired to maintain property owned by the late Austin Andre (Father of the late Benson Andre) on Market Street, Antigua now known as BENwald Center. BENwald DiGiTal MarKeTing Inc, registered under the Companies Act of Antigua and Barbuda 1995, was incorporated on 28th September, 2023, has two Directors, three shareholders, and a small staff complement.
